Reports generated within Per Diem Plus and Per Diem Plus Fleets apps are sent from Support@perdiemplus.com by default to the primary email address associated with a users profile. Solution:

• View your user profile to identify the primary email account associated with the account
• Check your junk / spam email folder
• Add Support@perdiemplus.com to your contacts

Tips:

• We recommend Comprehensive PDF reports that include receipt images be sent quarterly to avoid the file size exceeding your email providers server limits.
• Users with Yahoo, Hotmail and AOL email accounts should send comprehensive PDF reports no less than monthly.
