User can only have the Per Diem Plus retail app loaded on a single device. (N/A for Per Diem Plus Fleets)
Old phone
- Launch the Settings app.
- Tap iTunes & App Store.
- Tap on your Apple ID.
- Tap View Apple ID when the pop up window appears.
- Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.
New phone
- On your NEW phone launch the Per Diem Plus app and re-subscribe (with the iTunes account)
- Go through the Subscription process
- The Per Diem Plus app will display a "Create Profile" or "Login" screen. Tap Login.
- Login to your Per Diem Plus profile and password: whatever you used when you created your profile
If you have forgotten your password tap the "Forgot Password" link and follow the steps. Once you login to the PDP app it will retrieve all of your stored data.
